Tantahuatay Mining unit – Quality Assurance (QA) Service

Resumen: In this project, quality plans and procedures (QC and PPI) were reviewed and approved, validating equipment, materials and test records in accordance with established standards. Construction activities were verified and deviations were documented through Non-Conformity Reports. At closing, a Final Report and a Quality Assurance (QA) Certificate were issued to ensure compliance with the project's quality standards.
Descripción:
1. Review and approval of the quality control plan (QC).
2. Review and approval of the Quality Control Plan and Inspection Point Plan (PPI).
3. Validation and review of the quality control and operational procedures.
4. Review of the calibration certificates of the soil mechanics, concrete, geosynthetic, and other laboratory equipment.
5. Audit of the records of tests carried out by quality control (QC) in accordance with the frequency indicated in the quality manual.
6. Review and validation of the quality certificates of the instruments, equipment, and/or materials.
7. Review and validation of the quarry materials used during the construction of the project, if applicable.
8. Verification and approval of the construction activities of the project.
9. Registration and issuance of Non-Conformity Reports of a deviation executed in the project.
10. Preparation of the Final Report and Quality Assurance (QA) Certificate of the Project.
