Deposit 7 CJM – Waste disposal – Cajamarquilla Refinery – Nexa

Resumen: Lara Consulting has developed the FEL-2 study for the "Deposit 7 CJM" project at the Cajamarquilla Refinery, ensuring an optimal and safe design for the storage of Jarosite waste using advanced filtered and compacted tailings technologies. The use of non-conventional techniques has been evaluated, such as co-disposal with quarry or waste rock materials, the application of binders and drying technologies, adapting the solution to the high seismic conditions of the area. In addition, we collaborate in the engineering planning and permits, prioritizing the viability so that the deposit and the tailings dewatering plant can be operational within 3 to 4 years.
