  • Resumen: The service requested by UM Tambomayo aims to ensure quality control (CQA-CQC) in the deposition of compacted filtered tailings during the dry season of 2024. This quality assurance process seeks to provide clear guidelines to safeguard the work of both field and laboratory personnel, covering inspections, controls, tests and reports on site, with a special focus on monitoring and precise testing during regrowth works, guaranteeing quality in each phase of the project.

    1. CQA-CQC supervision of placement, compaction and monitoring of filtered tailings
    2. Control of density, granulometry, humidity and thickness of tailings layers
    3. Release of layers and signature of protocols and field tests by the QA QC engineer
    4. Validation of soil mechanics laboratory reports
    5. Density tests (sand cone), humidity, gradation, Atterberg limits, Proctor and specific gravity
    6. Response to RFIs
    7. Preparation of the quality dossier
