Miami, 1991. Followed by Dexter: Resurrection (2025). This is really great. It’s been 3 episodes and I’m loving the ride so far. It gives Dexter early season vibes and the casting is really good. It’s been a long time and I’m surprised how many people I recognize. Young, awkward Dexter is awesome and it’s fun to watch him transform into the Dexter of season one. It actually takes off after the final season of Dexter, so if you haven’t seen it, be prepared for immediate spoilers when you start it. They’re advertising that this is actually leading into something called Dexter Resurrection coming out this summer. Some people think Dexter should be allowed to die, but I love this new journey and can’t wait for more.
